In 1881, Seblo was first connected to Noel City by joining existing track together. In 1903, Seblo was then connected to Aranley using a route that traversed the Noel Hills. In 1973, the first high-speed rail line was built that connected the capital to Seblo. Ever since the train's played a fundamental role of accelerating population growth in suburbs.
